Problem number

Displays the number of the problem you are working on.

It is the number assigned by Problem Analysis when the problem was detected, and used to identify and track the problem.

Status

Select one choice, then select OK to continue.

Problem is repaired

To indicate the problem no longer exists after completing repairs, select this radio button.

Problem is not repaired

To indicate the problem still exists after completing work to repair it, select this radio button.
